Meningococcal Disease is rare, but can be sudden, potentially cause devastating lifelong impairments and can be fatal. Teens and young adults are at higher risk of infection.
Here at AusTrials, we are conducting a research study testing a potential new vaccine that may act as a booster for people who have already been vaccinated against Meningococcal Disease.
The study will involve four visits to our dedicated research facility in Taringa or Wellers Hill and up to five follow-up phone calls.
You may be eligible to take part if:
- You are healthy and between 15 and 25 years old
- You have previously been vaccinated against Meningococcal Disease
This study is being conducted at the following locations:
- Taringa, QLD
- Wellers Hill, QLD
Eligible participants will be compensated for their time and effort.
